He knows all of his patients by first name, you’re not just a patient here! During my treatment this office always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. On call techs, always willing to squeeze you in the schedule last minute. This isn’t just getting braces, this is an entire experience! I cannot say enough great things about Dr Carroll, Amy, and all of the lovely ladies working there. One of a kind orthodontic experience! 10000/10 recommended.

We were visiting family in the summer and my son had his braces bracket fall off which created some discomfort. We made a last minute call to the office and they were absolutely wonderful! They got my son in a better space so he was comfortable for the rest of our trip. It was also not a convenient time and they made us a priority. Truly a lifesaver! The service that I received at Silcher orthodontics was of the utmost quality. I would, beyond a shadow of a doubt, recommend them to anyone and everyone. The only complaint that I have about my decreased ability to consume apples. Before I received orthodontic services from Dr. Silcher I was able to eat an apple through a chain link fence. However, now I cannot do so. Maybe it is for the best, those horses are happier anyway now that I am not eating their apples.

I cannot believe how AMAZING the staff is here! I went in, not even a current patient, because I had some pain with my braces that another office had put on and they saw me, fixed the issue, and sent me on my way! WOW! Not only that but they got me in within 24 hours of my call! What customer service! I will definitely be using Dr. Silcher's office for all of mine and my family's orthodontic needs!
